Delivery and Pickup Information
We take pride in having efficient and prompt service whether you need to pick up your merchendise or have it delivered. We are dedicated to arriving by the time designated at purchase. We will treat your home with the same respect you do with all of our deliveries. To assist in the smooth completion of your delivery we provide additional information on things you can do to prepare for your delivery, and how the delivery process works.
Preparations for your Delivery
The following tips are provided to assist in the flawless execution of your delivery.
- Verify the address and phone number on the reciet you recieved.
- All stops are scheduled within a 4-hour window. Our delivery department will contact you in the morning on the day of your scheduled delivery and confirm a four hour window. We offer:
- Mornings (6:00am - 10:00am)
- Early Afternoon (10:00am - 2:00pm)
- Late Afternoon (2:00pm - 6:00pm)
- Ensure that there is an adult home to sign for the delivery.
- For the safety of your belongings, please remove any fragile objects from the path to the furniture's destination.
